This topic came up at work and my coworkers of all genders had no answer. Never met or heard of one.

you don't have to be exclusively or primarily into something to have a fetish though

True but I think 'foot fetishist' implies certain connotations of being very foot focused

I guess I'd consider a fetishist to be anyone who happens to have a particular fetish, and you can be a fetishist of multiple things simultaneously

if someone likes sucking toes I'd definitely consider them a foot fetishist even if they have bigger kinks as well
