@Fantaghiro59 @nakaner @phosphan @Hilde @jakob_thoboell @publixpace @bikolinux @stefanmuelller @fedibikes_de @mastobikes_de hm… ich würde annehmen, dass es nur dann eine rechtliche Wirkung entfaltet, wenn Fahrradfahrende auf der Fahrbahn unterwegs sind. Also links von der rechten Begrenzungslinie. Die Dame auf dem Bild fährt aber rechts davon und damit außerhalb der Fahrbahn. Oder?

So isses. Die zwei Radler sind neben der Fahrbahn unterwegs, auf dem Seitenstreifen. Radfahrende haben dazu das Recht.
Allerdings ist es dann kein Überholvorgang, wenn das Auto vorbeifährt - genau: weil überholt wird nur, wer auf der Fahrbahn fährt ...

Aber nicht wenn er auf dem Radweg fährt - auch wenn der genauso schmal ist wie der Schutzstreifen ist.
Auch nicht wenn der Radfahrende nicht auf der Fahrbahn sondern knapp daneben färht
Gehört geändert, in : Beim Überholen oder Vorbeifahren an einem sich bewegenden Zweirad ist generell ein MindestAbstand von 1,5 /2,0 m einzuhalten.
@[email protected] Angeblich steht in irgendeinem ergänzenden Dokument, dass der Mindestabstand auch für Fahrradwege u a gilt. Vielleicht kann der @[email protected] da klärend helfen? @fedibikes_[email protected] @mastobikes_[email protected]
