Do people automatically consent to the death voixe chat? (lemmy.world)

I noticed quite a bit of people not knowing you can opt out of the dead voice chat recording (where it transmits your mic audio when you die for a couple of seconds).

When I installed the game there was a prompt that asked for an opt-in, that was pretty short to read.

Do you think people automatically click "I consent" or is the prompt not very clear?

Not critizing the feature, I use PTT on local voice chat when I die. I'm mostly wondering about ppl that didn't know about this being enabled, and I remember the prompt being relatively short and clear.

For example, JackFrags didn't know that in his video

Ah I see now, I misunderstood the questions as being "if you use death chat, why?"
