No program in particular really, I just got a rowing machine, watched a couple videos on proper form, and started rowing every day. When I started I was going at a higher pace and making it 15-25 minutes on average, then a user here suggested slowing to around 20-22 strokes a minute for longer periods. I started following that and have gotten up to 30 minutes nonstop (besides occasionally drinking from my water bottle)
i wish i had a rowing machine
when i went to the gym it was definitely my favorite, it was actually pretty fun
I lucked out and got a deal on one second hand after browsing online classifieds for a couple days. I'm a heavier person (working on changing that!) so my only real criteria was that it was sturdy enough and not a cheap Amazon special. If you get a folding one you don't even need that much room, I managed to set mine up next to my bed no problem!
cool! I'll keep an eye out on Craigslist and fingers crossed I can snag something
