Breadtube if it didn't suck.
Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.
A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it's currently in.

The vid description...
I put the vid on the background. I was doing other stuff - but I listened to the first 2 minutes and I think the word "Israel" appeared a grand total of once. Tlaib didn't mention Israel in her clip. I don't know if that was due to MSNBC editing or that was the clip she uploaded and she decided to avoid the sacred word. My hunch is that was her entire upload.
A talking head said stuff like "this is a reaction against Biden's policy" without saying anything more.
Yeah tried to watch but it's clear what's going on.
The whole thing is so weird. I can't even think of a noun or a well-known term to describe what she's doing. It's a liberal performative gesture. She provides zero context and she doesn't explain a thing. She merely says "vote undecided". MSNBC adds the clip to their Youtube upload and the video description is similarly vague. The anchor mentions Israel but he too provides no context. Then the interviewee talking head appears. He's my favorite. He starts talking and even though he's an actual fucking reporter - he knows that he too is not supposed to provide any context. So he doesn't.
It's an ethical and moral failure by Biden but the video makes it more like politics as normal with a disagreement on some policy issue. It's a fucking SNL sketch titled "Talking about Israel but not talking about Israel". Americans coming across this video who haven't been paying attention to this stuff (which is most Americans) would be saying... What? How? Huh? Why?
If Michigan is anything like Texas, pollsters won’t normally count write in candidates or blanks, so marking the official undecided box is the only way to show group objection to a race. Still performative, but there’s a logic to the spinelessness.
