I do feel like telling conservatives to grow up is quite effective since they view "the left" as naive, as though trusting the local powerful people is the most grown up option. Gotta do it first and immediately after a pretty airtight argument.
Another great angle that's similar in tone is to tell them to take responsibility.
The more conservative someone is in their politics, the more they buy into the narrative about personal responsibility. But if you look critically at their arguments, they will often argue that things "just happened" or that they had to respond in a certain way.
The other thing is when they ignore or deny the existence of something, such as the concentration camps at the border. They'll euphemise them and you can argue that they are literal concentration camps by their very definition.
Whatever the case, going in on them from the angle of a lack of personal responsibility always stings.
Calling chuds 'weak cowards' that just want to hide behind bigger, stronger men than they are themselves because they aren't heroic or fearless enough to stand up for themselves nor for others, unlike Communists, also triggers them.
There's really no way to own the far right besides just grounding them into paste. They ideology is literally just narcissistic fantasy, no matter how big an L they take they will do the mental gymnastics to make themselves out to be the cool winners. Any loss short of death they will dream up a way to present it that makes them look good to other right wingers.
