Ngl, if I was the boss of that establishment, I would A: pay my staff over minimum wage; B: go through the CCTV to figure out who left this behind; and C: have a rule on the books to say that makes it possible to refuse repeat service to people who leave tokens of gratitude that are disguised to look like money.
