MS Word: Why are all my font options greyed-out and unclickable? I need Times New Roman. I'm using MS office from my smartphone, I pay an annual fee for this service, why no workie? (lemmy.world)

I'm old too. OK but I'm literally NOT writing a paper on my smartphone. I'm trying but can't. Someone please explain to me why Microsoft Word is not giving me any font options. I need Times New Roman.
