it’s such a pain, every day is the same and i feel like i’m the only one. the trauma is real and there’s so many options to choose from I now have a mild migraine

I'm sure your brother is very well adjusted, but every person I know that has done this is unhinged on some level.

Your insights are accurate. He’s fairly stable but not extremely connected to reality or a normal life.
