Normal democrat moment. Scold people for being racist and blaming immigrants for all of the problems caused by rich people. Refuse to point out that rich people are actually the problem. Participate in racially motivated attacks on immigrants.

Edit: Wonder why nobody seems to believe you when you say racism is bad.

This last step requires the dubious assumption that there's a little bit of self criticism happening.
