With few exceptions, Australian acts are permitted to have one hit in the US charts, then fall out of the international limelight.

Those acts however often have lots of other cool songs!

There are also several Australian acts that just aren't famous globally.

I wish it was still on Australia Day... having a BBQ on the public holiday with hottest 100 playing was my routine for so many years. Everyone cheering or booing the songs as they were announced, lots of "ya joking, should have been higher" floating around.

Now it's just on a regular Saturday when everyone has all their Saturday adventures planned so it's lost the magic.

tl;dr not able to listen cause I'm doing other stuff. Will have to fire up a playlist during the week and pretend.
