Wouldn't be surprised if Putin's Russians executed Ukrainian POWs and then started looking for alibi opportunities
1/4 of these were already exchanged
Reminds me of Hamas having accused Israel of killing a hostage, then exchanging that hostage. No wonder they're friends of Putin.
