I’m definitely not thinking of “leased” with that clue, so I probably would’ve ended up with Trek.
You don't have to make excuses for being a Trekkie
To “let” or “let out” something means it’s available for rent or lease. If you ever happen to see a sign in a window that says “Apartment to Let”, that’s what it means. In my experience, it’s more of a British English term than an American English term. Still not wrong, though.
