I usually use p2p like localmonero but I found about https://guardarian.com, what's your thoughts on it?

These services have usually stricter KYC requirements than regular CEXes. They often ask for source of funds.

Also their site states they accept SWIFT but when I try to buy the payment method didn't appear. That was really annoying
