Democrats are less blood and soil (and bloodlust) than Republicans but they are also more competent stewards of empire so if both sides agree on a course of action (like protecting global capitalist hegemony) the dems will be more ruthlessly efficient. They'll spackle the gaping holes in their morality with pablum and the media will eat it up.

I used to believe this but how can you think this after 4 years of bumbling senile Brandon losing Afghanistan, losing Ukraine, creating the crisis that will destroy Israel, etc? The Lloyd Austin scandal where he just went MIA for weeks. It’s blatant incompetence and idiocy going on at the White House, they are flying by the seat of their pants and making gigantic blunders because they are dyed in the wool Liberals who actually huff their own farts and idealistically believe in all their own bullshit.

I think you are right that Obama’s admin was more competent and ruthless, but GWB’s admin was as well.
