[feature request] edit posts titles/descriptions (lemmy.world)

I read that titles and posts could be edited in Lemmy. While I think this can cause some issues, as long as the edits remain transparent it would be an awesome feature. Is something already available in Wefwef/vyger to do this? I couldn't find a way to do it yet.

You can do this by opening your post, tapping on the ellipsis (…) in the top right corner, then edit.
