It takes a certain kind of heartless individual to write an article like that and not point to the landlords and specifically to the large landlord companies. We know who's making that money. The money doesn't just disappear into a black hole.
It would be one thing to argue that landlords deserve to make as much money as they can, and we could discuss that, but to gloss over the fact that they're doing so in a way that forces people to the streets is simply irresponsible.
