C'est une bonne idée, mais il faudrait suffisamment de place dans les parkings, ce qui est rarement le cas actuellement.

La Hollande déploie des tonnes de parkings pour privilégier ça. Par exemple à Amsterdam il y a des barges entières multi-niveaux juste pour augmenter la surface de parking vélo.
