How to determine whether an app is invasive or not? (lemmy.ml)

I don't really know how to check this. I know that if the organization behind an app has good practices, then I should be able to trust their apps. Otherwise, I don't know how to trust anything on the app store.

For example, I want a screen recorder, but I don't know where to find a non invasive one.

Is screen recording not a native feature in Apple devices now?

I have iphone 7, so I can't access that feature :(

There is not much you can do with a Fisher Price phone. Android has had native screen recording since 5.0 Lollipop.
