No it isn't. Saying someone is wrong isn't an attack, especially not a personal one. If i said he was a reddit-brained smuglord that'd be a personal attack, but not an ad hominem. If i said he was wrong because hes a reddit-brained smuglord - that would be an ad hominem.
We don't even care about the logic nerd debate pervert terms, but we know what they actually mean
