And we are probably a week away from the peak.
This is what we call an "exit wave", meaning we have reached super-herd-immunity!
Here's to another year of unpredictible worldwide waves and rapid mutations making vaccines obsolete before they are rolled out.
For financial reasons we shall now refer to it as an Endemic+ virus.
I look forward to having all mention of it in the news disappear as we get closer to next election.

If a large number of people are dead or chronically ill there'll be less healthy bodies to throw at whoever america is at war with at the moment
I dont really think any of them think of anything
They think about their next victims and when they can next do violence. That's about it.
If they were capable of thought, they wouldn't be in power
All they care about is the next quarter. Shutting business down, even for a few months, is unthinkable.
Maybe thats why they're mostly happy working through proxies such as Ukraine or Israel or Taiwan
