This is a good list, I'd add:

91 Days - a Mafia/revenge drama
Pluto - a blade runner-esque atompunk film noir
Blue Eye Samurai - wandering samurai/revenge show with some thriller elements
Dorohedoro - I'm not even sure how to describe this show, Magipunk? It's a thriller about a guy cursed with a lizard head and missing memories
