Gov. Greg Abbott on Saturday vetoed a bipartisan bill that would have expanded vote-by-mail access for people with disabilities — specifically people who are blind or paralyzed and need assistance marking their ballot.

That's not shocking, especially with all their fear mongering about "voter fraud", meanwhile in Estonia you can vote electronically

Probably has someone vote for them or doesn't need to vote due to wealth and status. I am guessing here.

If you're rich enough or travel enough (like politicians), you can just claim that you will "be out of the county on election day and during the period for early voting by personal appearance".

Oh wow that's messed up.

I've had the understanding a lot of these laws were meant to impact the poor and working class for a long time. Rare to see someone Aldo know that too.
