- How long have you been a customer/user?
- What was the purpose/context of your interaction?
The Positives:
- What did you like most? Consider things like customer service, product quality, ease of use, value for money etc.
- What met or exceeded your expectations?
The Negatives:
- What issues or problems did you face, if any?
- What fell short of your expectations?
- Were there any frustrations in your experience?
Rating:
- On a scale of 1 to 5 stars, what rating would you give (1 being poor, 5 being excellent)
- Include a brief explanation for your rating
Recommendation:
- Would you recommend this to friends/family or other potential customers?
- If no, what could be improved for you to recommend in future?
Additional Details:

This is not specifically about this service but… when you have an odd amount like 13.57 on your non-reloadable prepaid card, one thing you could do is, buying Amazon gift card for 13.57 (if you’re not an Amazon hater, that is).
I was thinking about something less than 1.00. But now that you pointed it out, guess I can always donate the rest to some useful service like The Internet Archive
I never had a good idea what to do with whats left on the card and this is pretty nice idea to donate.
