At least one dev/admin team member that i found to be abrasive and hostile when i tried to report an issue that they could not replicate but another user was able to. This was over several updates and several weeks.

Rating 3/5 because the app seems okay, but i will avoid in future thanks to a hostile dev/admin r4v3r23

• simple process, just works(tm)

• ~~can't be recharged and will eventually leave a small and unusable amount on the card until it expires. (not stealths' fault though)~~

• Recommend to people that want a prepaid credit card charged with Monero that is not bound to real identity

• very simple setup, just works(tm)
• fast checkout: order accepted when TX detected, usable after 1 confirmation
• (Germany) low prices and multiple available networks

Negatives

• seems expensive for some countries (however I'm not in the position to judge)

5.0/5.0 -- Solves my long-standing dissatisfaction with expensive mobile data plans and saves me a lot of money in the long run

Recommendation

Recommend to people that rarely need data (few MBs each month) and want to avoid expensive monthly subscriptions.

My Experience:

• Purchase a game key

The Positives:

• Easy to navigate their website and pay
• Relatively fast payments, coinpayments said it would succeed after 3 confirmations, but it took 10 confirmations

The Negatives:

• Opened a support ticket and the support person said” it might be worth contacting our support team directly at [email protected]. They will be able to investigate the issue and provide you with a resolution.” due to not receiving my product after over 50 confirmations…
• Haven't received my product yet
• They have a button below called “Click Here to Fix Awaiting Payment Order” and I have submitted proof, and they provided no response even far after their time frame of 1 hour.

Still no response from support regarding the purchased game key. At this status it's an SCAM

They fulfilled the order and the key works, this being said I still don't recommend until they get better support and improve their system...

Positives:

• Grips pretty well to the desk (fake wood) 4/5
• Competitively priced
• Smooth and isn't two layers on the top layer. This was a concern upon ordering for mouse traction, but it's all one layer on the top.
• Shipped relatively quick, under a week

Negatives:

• Wish the top layer was a bit thicker, considering my previous Steel Series QCK Mouse pad lasted a little over a year and half. I would expect this mouse pad to do the same. It's honestly probably from the same manufacture.
• Wish it was two inches bigger in W & H as, you will need a high dpi mouse if you are running dual monitors. Too track across the whole screen in one swipe

Recommendation:

• I would recommend, to people who are looking for a small/medium-sized mouse pad

Additional Details:

• I spent $17 total including shipping, which isn't priced that bad for a product that is basically this mouse pad but with Monero branding
  If you consider that the QCK equivalent is ~$13 plus an Amazon Prime membership cost. It's basically the same cost of the QCK mouse pad and same build quality… I wouldn't be surprised if they use the same manufacture in China. This product also shipped out of California, so most likely was imported.

Positives:

Used twice and received the product both times after the Monero had 3 confirmations on the blockchain

Negatives:

Applicable Convenience Fee: 4% – Compared to competitors it's relatively low, but still high.

Rating:

4.5/5.0 – Works great, just wish there was a clear explanation. Regarding how many confirmations it would take before receiving the product

Recommendation:

• I recommend this if you haven't been accepted to cake pay yet.
