Bad? I've only heard good things
Yeah. It's literally one of the most well beloved AAA titles that have been released in the past decade.
I found it incredibly boring. It's a game that uses forced travel as a way of padding out the content. You'll spend hours riding a horse from A to B so the NPCs can tell you what's going on. Then when a mission starts you have limited options for how to complete the objective.
I didn't finish, but was really enjoying it, and plan to go back once I finish some other titles
