Elon musk behaves like a narcissist, so he could threaten to withdraw Tesla from all 4 Nordic countries, just because he is butthurt.
If that should happen, I'm personally OK with that too. We don't want foreign companies that threaten our right to unionize.

There are plenty of other EV options now too so no need for Tesla if they don't want to be fair to their workers.

There's no reason yet to leave all 4. All they need to do is leave Sweden and this ends.

I'm not sure what the situation is like in the other countries in terms of CBAs, but they haven't gone on strike internally for lack of agreement. It's only sympathy strikes elsewhere right now.
