I think the world as we have been used to it, is in a serious crisis on several levels.
I'm 60 years old, and I've never experienced nearly the level of justified doom and gloom we've seen the past few years.
Russia going to war against a democracy, stressful work environment and economy, climate change, pandemic, Republicans going insane, and social media bringing fuel to everything.
Everything simply seems more stressful than ever, and that is absolutely not healthy for the mind.
Stay safe, stay sane, and don't take on more than you can handle.

The stress we're experiencing is one thing, but the real issue is the direction we're headed. We have nothing to look forward to. Nothing seems to resolving and most certainly not in a positive way. People's only comforts are rooted in capitalism which ironically is the mastermind behind the suffering to begin with.

Humans can handle stress when there's a light at the end of the tunnel.
