Be smart and get a plus plus good e-bike for less than your budget by buying one second hand. Last fall I bought an two year old 9k e-bike for Les than 3k on upway.com Service was good and the bike is absolutely awesome!

Oh sorry, I actually bought on the .de domain and just assumed the global upway side would be .com.

Cert isn't good on the .com and the site that started to load was in Chinese. Gonna guess it's not a legit site either.
