Die EU erzwingt nicht die Banner mit Buttons für Cookie- und Trackingoptionen.

Es muss etwas angezeigt werden, um über notwendige Cookies zu informieren. Aber niemand zwingt Websites dazu nicht zwingend notwendige Cookies und Tracking zu verwenden. Ohne die bräuchte es auch keine Optionen oder Ablehnen-Buttons.
