"Forbes Contributor" (read: blogger) says STL is the "most exciting emerging arts district", then goes on to describe art & culture... that we've always historically had? 🤔

It's old news to us who live here, but that doesn't mean their national audience already knows this stuff. Also, the Powell Hall renovation + education center addition really is a big deal and is recent. Plus developments in our fashion scene.

They're a little confused, but they've got the spirit.
