Wouldn't Verstappen get a significant higher amount of tyre wear with only half a front wing? I hope he wins so he can add to the record, but it seems rather unlikely.
IIRC that front wing endplate is mainly to manage outwash? So as long as the wing holds together without that plate, it should be fine
