Kommt immer sehr stark auf die Zeit und das Projekt an. An sich würde ich mich aber bei 60% einordnen. Ich bekomme meine Aufgaben und noch extra Aufgaben locker hin und der Chef ist zufrieden. Daher kein Grund mehr Gas zu geben.
