Natural gas? Heating oil?

How does it hold up on the 2 or 3 really cold days we have? Is there auxiliary electric heat?

It's set to turn off at -10 or below at which point the natural gas backup kicks in. Apparently it can still work down to -20, but it's less efficient than the gas furnace at that point.

And I'm not sure how it holds up, this will be the first winter with it!
