It is very much an homage to Columbo starting Natasha Lyonne. Same, "famous guest star acts like a total asshole and kills someone" setup. Same, "we see the murder happen," start. But lots of new hooks to keep it fresh.

And Hong Chau plays a bisexual trucker named "Marge" in the second episode. So it's pretty much got everything.
