The 16 in is 16:10, the 13in is 3:2. I suspect you'd end up liking the aspect ratio of you gave it a shot, I much prefer it to 16:9
Always wondered about this. Why do you like it? All computers were like this way back when so it can't be too bad but why do you orefer it?
I mostly work in fullscreen windows and the 3:2 aspect ratio allows me to have more code/text on my screen at once, while keeping the laptops size small.
Generally, readibility is better when you have a larger vertical aspect the aspect ratio. Especially in the age where many sites are designed with verticality in mind due to the prevalence of mobile.
16:9 is good for media consumption and games, but its not ideal for general web browsing and reading.
It's barely different anyway. Do the math, and it comes out to comparing 16:10 to 16:10.667
