Based Celeste player!

For your use case I think even the oldest i5-1135g7 model is fine, I have a slightly higher clocked version of that CPU and it handles Celeste flawlessly.
Celeste even runs cleanly on GNU/Linux with a translation layer, so it should work very well natively on Windows.

As for the video streaming, I would say that's a non issue on anything modern (3rd gen intel or later)

I assume you are using Windows? Because I've heard people complaining about sleep issues on Linux with 12th and 13th gen Intel CPUs. I believe this is an Intel issue and not a Framework issue, so you might want to get a 11th gen CPU if you are using Linux.

As for upgrading to 16 inch, I don't think that's possible. Apart from using the old RAM, SSD, WIFI card, and the expansion cards, I think all the parts are incompatible so you'll basically have to buy it separately. My opinion is that the 16 inch is only necessary if you are doing moderate to heavy gaming (modern 3D games as an example), so it's probably fine sticking with the 13 inch. And if you end up wanting the 16 inch anyway, you can sell your 13 inch to someone else.
