Fuck cluster headaches too. I'm sorry for you as well. I've tried many migraine treatments. None work very well. Crossing my fingers.

My wife was given vitamin B2 (400mg) to try to combat her migraines, she had a weird reaction (possibly a series of things unrelated) and got hives, so didn't follow through, but I figured to pass along the possibly unconventional Med suggestion. (Also takes topiramate)

I was on Topiramate for a short while. It worked super well for the migraines, but I couldn't sleep for days at a time. I didn't last long on that one. I'm currently using Qulipta (preventative) and Ubrelvy (abortive)
