即使關閉還是會顯示轉發貼文，反倒是第三個選項「顯示包含附件的貼文」打開之後就不會顯示轉發貼文

在最新的 2023.11.0-beta.3 也是一樣

看來這個選項是「顯示其他人的轉發貼文」，所以不是bug，是選項的描述不清楚
