It is 8 years older though. I dunno if Federation computer still follow Moore's law, but that makes Voyager more capable.

Moore's law is not a law, and is likely in end very soon in our life. Voyager also has other unique things such as a more capable warp drive. And much more dedicated systems such as the medical hologram, the enterprise doesn't have such bloat ware if you will.
