Berserk of Gluttony seems like an isekai without the pretense. I personally don't feel like much new ground is being covered yet, but I was only two episodes in. The idea is interesting, and I'd like to see where it is going.
I've now checked out the 3 available episodes of Berserk of Gluttony. From what I've seen I don't expect it to tell a particularly interesting story, but it has been fun to watch.
