We are organizing a birthday party for an Italian employee at a German company. Are there any fun (but not too embarrassing) traditions we could do during the party?

wow, other than this one, which is kind of similar across cultures

The birthday person must make a wish while blowing out the candles on their cake, but they must keep their wish a secret. If anyone finds out what the wish is, it will not come true.

everything else was new. Just reading this list to people should be fun.
