Please remember, Dr. Trimbath ( iirc her name right, sorry if not! ) pointed-out that it isn't "retail", it is "HOUSEHOLD".

Householders have rights, retail-consumers don't.

Working matters ( part of the lesson of NOT tolerating the wrong metaphor, as "using the wrong map" isn't of any strategic benefit: it misleads one's understanding! )
