Being my 1st TAS full game, it can be optimized and sub 10 min 50 is doable.

Aw, does Youtube still think standard-def video deserves 56 kbps encoding? Yeah, the Neo Geo is 240p. But if I just got done watching a video in 1080p, there's no excuse for that 240p footage being a blurry mess.
