Sometimes I think this must be genetic predisposition that not everyone has. Some people get an endorphin high, other people can taste cilantro.
Not a doctor but most likely. I've heard a lot about it but I've been working out and trying spicy food for a long time but its never a fun time.
I get a release of endorphins when I eat spicy food too.
Lucky you. All I get is diarrhea.
