This sub is supposed to be something I and my brother-in-law writing down for my daughter as something we give her when she is 18. Advices, thoughts, etc. if I could make this private, I would.

The problem here is - we can't get past being average if we are not ok with it. We should aim higher without a question. But reach average before going beyond and be ok with average so that your own mind allows you to proceed. That was my thought at least.
