Not sure, but that beak looks like it can tear through armor. The claws look weaponized as well. Likely a combat model. That "feathering" could easily be ablative plating too.

Hard to say, they're pretty creative.

Looks like the armor on that one got pretty hot before, so likely ablated some already at the last reentry.
