It's like a negative multiplied by a negative.
Was gonna say, we should fulfill his wish. Shoot him up to Mars, he can be Emperor of the rocks up there.
Submarines are cheaper.
He has a thing for those too, sure. But I'd say we shouldn't pollute our oceans even more than we already do. Who cares if some rocks on Mars get taitned by him?
