The tourist-y parts of it are pretty much all newly rebuilt anyway; there's not much of the original wall left at Mutianyu or Simatai or wherever.
Now there's even less of the original wall.

The whole point of that dumb thought experiment is that it's already the Ship of Theseus and always was.
