Hahah, yes indeed - and very much in the spotlight at the moment with the ongoing Whakaari shenanigans.

Yeah when I think about it, as a consumer I put a lot of faith in the operator to be doing the right things. Something you don't really think about until something like that happens.

Again, hope it all goes through smoothly :)
